GPA Cutoff: 4.300 at completion of the second marking period (for those who were inducted in the spring)

In addition to GPA, students must demonstrate satisfaction with the pillars of Service, Character, Citizenship, and Leadership.

The purpose of the National Junior Honor Society is to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, to develop character, and to encourage citizenship.  The National Junior Honor Society serves as an excellent training ground for the youth who will serve as the leaders of tomorrow.

The society is acknowledged by many for its high standards of scholarship, leadership, character, service, and citizenship - ideals that convey important values for responsible youth.  Today, when technology presents ever more challenging decisions for our citizens, these ideals take on increased significance.
