Spreading Warmth: SMS NJHS Donates Blankets to Those in Need Thank You for Supporting the SMS NJHS Kindness Workshop & Service Project! We extend our heartfelt gratitude for the generous donation of blankets that made our Secaucus Middle School National Junior Honor Society’s (NJHS) Kindness Workshop and service project a success! On January 15, 2025, our NJHS members participated in a Kindness Workshop, where they worked together to prepare blankets for those in need. This initiative aimed to encourage empathy, compassion, and community service among our students. As part of our annual service project, the blankets were donated to the Bergen County Housing, Health, and Human Services Center (BCHHHSC), located at 120 South River Street, Hackensack, NJ. These blankets will provide warmth and comfort to homeless clients as they transition into semi-permanent housing. We are incredibly grateful for your continued partnership and support in making this project possible. Your generosity helps us instill a spirit of service and kindness in our students while making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need. Please take a look at the pictures from the Kindness Workshop and the blanket donation at BCHHHSC below. Thank you for being part of our mission to spread kindness and support our community! Print
